阐述了王伯岳先生的学术渊源,总结了王老的学术思想,包括小儿生理,推崇阳常有余、阴常不足;精于辨证,强调以八纲为基;尤善顺应四时气候变化;论治脾胃,以理脾助运(祛邪护脾、利水和脾、消导运脾和健运补脾等方面)为大法;熟谙药性,用药审慎,知常而达变等5个方面。凸显出王老用药精审,处方严谨,变化出入,强调攻不伤正,补不碍滞,重视小儿生生之气的特点。

This paper expounds the academic origin of WANG Boyue and summarizes his academic thoughts,including the 5 aspects as follows: pediatric physiology,advocation that yang is usually superabundant,while yin is often insufficient;excellence at syndrome differentiation,emphasis on eight principles as the basis;especially apt to four seasons and climate change;differential treatment for spleen and stomach,taking regulating spleen to restore transportation as the fundamental law (involving the aspects of expelling pathogenic factors to protect spleen,promoting urination to harmonize spleen,promoting digestion to remove food retention and activating spleen as well as invigorating the transportation and tonifying spleen);expert at drug properties and cautiousness at medication,mastering the primary symptoms and distinguish the changing symptoms. They highlight master WANG’s precision and examination at medication,soberness at making prescription and modifying according to the changes,emphasis on reinforcement without damaging the healthy qi and tonifying without obstructing the stagnation,and focusing on the characteristics of pediatric invigoration of vitality.
