安神定抽合剂治疗儿童多发性抽动症脾虚痰聚型30例疗效观察

Efficacy observation on 30 cases of Tourette syndrome in children with accumulation of phlegm due to hyperfunction of the spleen type treated by Anshen Dingchou Heji (安神定抽合剂)

目的观察安神定抽合剂治疗儿童多发性抽动症(TS)脾虚痰聚型的临床疗效。方法选取2017年4月至2018年4月在泰州市中医院儿科就诊的32例TS脾虚痰聚型患儿,给予安神定抽合剂口服。连续治疗12周后,统计临床疗效并比较治疗前后耶鲁综合抽动症严重程度量表(YGTSS)积分和中医证候积分。结果 32例患儿治疗过程中脱落2例(1例搬迁到外市,1例合并传染性单核细胞增多症)。30例中痊愈9例(30.00%),显效14例(46.67%),进步6例(20.00%),无效1例(3.33%),总有效率为96.67%。治疗后,YGTSS总积分、运动性抽动积分、发声性抽动积分、中医证候积分均显著降低,与治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论安神定抽合剂治疗儿童TS脾虚痰聚型疗效确切,不仅能显著降低YGTSS总积分和中医证候积分,而且病程越短,疗效越好。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Anshen Dingchou Heji (安神定抽合剂) in the treatment of Tourette syndrome (TS) in children with accumulation of phlegm due to hyperfunction of the spleen type.Methods Thirty-two cases of TS in children with accumulation of phlegm due to hyperfunction of the spleen type consulted in department of pediatrics of Taizhou Hospital of TCM from April 2017 to April 2018 were chosen and given Anshen Dingchou Heji orally.After consecutive treatment for 12 weeks,we kept statistics of the clinical efficacy and made comparisons of Yale Global Tie Severity Scale (YGTSS) scores and TCM symptom scores before and after treatment.Results Two of the 32 cases were missing during treatment (1 case due to relocation to another city,and 1 case due to combined infectious mononucleosis).Of the 30 cases,9 cases (30.00%) recovered,14 cases (46.67%) showed effect,6 cases (20.00%) were progressive,and 1 case (3.33%) was of no effect,and the total effective rate was 96. 67%. After treatment,YGTSS total scores,motor tics score,phonic tics score and TCM symptom scores all decreased significantly,and the difference was statistically significant compared with those before treatment (P<0.01).Conclusion It has definite curative effect to use Anshen Dingchou Heji in the treatment of TS in children with accumulation of phlegm due to hyperfunction of the spleen type,which markedly decreases YGTSS total scores and TCM symptom scores,moreover,the shorter the progress of disease,the better curative effect.
