论《阎氏小儿方论》散剂之用法

通过对《阎氏小儿方论》中散剂的使用方式、制散粒径、每次用药量、煮散加水量、煎煮时间及药液剩余量、服药时间、服药温度、药物溶媒、适应证等的分析研究,总结了阎氏应用散剂的特点和经验,以期为儿科临床规范化、标准化应用散剂提供参考与借鉴。

By analytical study on powder of YAN’s Pediatric Prescriptions,including the aspects of operation method,particle diameter,dosage per time,water amount for boiling,decoction time,soup surplus after boiling,time of taking medicine,temperature of taking medicine,drug solvent and indication etc.,this paper summarizes the characteristics and experience of YAN’s application of powder,which can provide references for standardized and normalized clinical use of powder in pediatrics.
