中医药治疗小儿感染后咳嗽研究进展

通过阅读相关文献,从病因病机、实验研究、中医内治(辨证论治、经方验方)、中医外治等方面对中医药治疗小儿感染后咳嗽的研究进展进行综述,研究显示中医药治疗小儿感染后咳嗽具有明显优势,临床疗效满意。并对临床科研中存在的不足予以评价。

By reading relevant literature,this paper summarizes the research progress of pediatric post-infectious cough treated by traditional Chinese medicine from the aspects,including etiology and pathogenesis,experiment research,internal treatment of Chinese medicine( syndrome differentiation and treatment,classical prescription and proved prescription),and external treatment of Chinese medicine.The study shows that TCM had obvious advantages in the treatment of pediatric post-infectious cough,and the clinical effect was satisfactory.The shortcomings in clinical research were also evaluated.
