建设智慧工厂 推进纺织化纤行业升级转型

Building Smart Factory To Promote Upgrading and Transformation of Textile and Chemical Fiber Industry

传统的纺织化纤行业大多是劳动密集型产业。在科技快速发展的时代需求和市场需求下,低产量、低效率、高成本的生产方式将很难占据市场份额,为此需要企业建设智慧工厂,推进纺织化纤行业升级转型,增加产量、提高效率、降低成本、提高竞争力,最终迈向国际市场。文章从转型升级的必要性和智慧工厂建设两个方面进行分析,阐述企业进行转型升级的目的,提出企业建设智慧工厂的建议性措施。

The traditional textile and chemical fiber industry is mostly labor-intensive,in the era of rapid development of science and technology demand and market demand,low production,low efficiency,high cost of production will be difficult to occupy market share.So companies need to build smart factories,promote the upgrading and transformation of the textile and chemical fiber industry,increase output,improve efficiency,reduce cost and improve competitiveness,eventually to the international market.This paper analyzes the necessity of transformation and upgrading and the construction of smart factories,expounds the purpose of enterprises’transformation and upgrading,and puts forward some Suggestions for enterprises to build smart factories.
