摘要
文章分析了乙二醇项目配套的低温甲醇洗装置运行期间,系统内甲醇污染对出口H2S指标的影响;实施了对乙二醇尾气回收流程、增加精密过滤器等技术改造,解决了甲醇污染及出口H2S指标长期超标问题,保证了装置的稳定运行。
The influence of methanol pollution in the system on the export H2S index during the operation of the Rectisol unit matched with the ethylene glycol project was analyzed.The technical transformation of the recovery process of ethylene glycol tail gas and the addition of precision filters were carried out.The problem of methanol pollution and the long-term exceeding of the export H2S index were solved and the stable operation of the unit was guaranteed.
