摘要
随着环保标准的日益严格,石化行业加热炉烟气中氮氧化物(NOx)的排放问题逐步受到人们的关注。文章总结分析了国内外主要的NOx去除技术原理及特点,其中应用最广泛和有效的尾部烟气脱硝技术是NH3-SCR(选择性催化还原)技术。分析了工业加热炉烟气SCR脱硝技术的要求,最适宜的选择是多台加热炉尾部烟气集中低温脱硝,低温活性和抗水性是工艺加热炉脱硝催化剂的重要研究方向。
With the increasingly stringent environmental standards,NOx emission control technology of fired heater has drawn more and more attention.The main NOx control technologies and reasons were summarized here.Selective catalyst reduction(SCR)technology was the most widely used NOx removal technology,The working principles of SCR de-NOx for fired heater flue gas are described.The most suitable option is the low temperature denitrification of flue gas in the tail multiple furnaces,and low temperature activity and water resistance were considered to be important research directions.
