摘要 此住宅楼为剪力墙结构体系,共46层,屋顶标高147.70m,为B级高度的超高层建筑。针对工程的特点,论文重点讨论结构布置、抗震设防性能目标、X向少墙剪力墙结构体系补充分析、设防烈度地震作用下剪力墙及框架柱受拉验算等。通过动力弹塑性分析,找出结构的薄弱部位,并采取针对性的抗震加强措施。 This residential building is a shear wall structure system, with a total of 46 floors and a roof elevation of 147.70 m, which is a B-level super high-rise building. According to the characteristics of the project, this paper focuses on the structural arrangement, seismic fortification performance objectives, additional analysis of the X-direction less wall shear wall structure system and the shear wall and frame column tension check calculation under the earthquake intensity. Through dynamic elastoplastic analysis, find the weak parts of the structure and take targeted seismic strengthening measures.
