摘要
以深圳轨道交通6号线连续刚构桥为背景,本桥为主跨150m大跨度连续刚构桥,施工过程结构变形大,结构线形控制难度大。结合本桥建设特点,并通过资料调研,进一步分析施工阶段结构线形控制风险源。主要从大跨刚构桥线形控制、大跨刚构桥转角控制、大跨曲线刚构轴线控制3个方面分析施工阶段结构线形控制风险,旨在让更多的桥梁工程师了解线形控制的各阶段控制要点,并予以充分的重视。
This paper takes Shenzhen rail transit line 6 continuous rigid bridge as background, the main span of this bridge is 150m long-span continuous rigid bridge. During the construction process, the structural deformation is large and structural linear control is difficult. According to the characteristics of the bridge construction and through data research, the risk sources of structural alignment control in the construction stage are further analyzed. The risks of structural linear control in construction stage are analyzed from three aspects: linear control oflarge span rigid bridge, angular control oflarge span rigid bridge and rigid axis control oflarge span curves, in order to let more bridge engineers understand the control points oflinear control and pay attention to them.
