水利施工管理中的安全风险与改进对策

Safety Risk and Improvement Countermeasure in Water Conservancy Construction Management

近年来,随着社会的发展和相关政策的推动,我国兴建的水利工程数量逐渐增多。然而,经过长期实践发现,当前我国水利施工工程在监管制度、施工队伍能力以及现场监督工作等方面存在一定的不足,这些不足对水利工程的安全构成了一定的隐患。为了确保我国水利工程质量的提升,论文分析了水利施工过程中存在的风险,并提出了施工管理工作的优化方案,以便为我国相似工程的发展提供借鉴。

With the development of society and promotion of relevant policies, the number of water conservancy projects in China has gradually increased. However, after a long period of practice, it is found that there are some shortcomings in the supervision system,construction team capacity and on-site supervision of water conservancy construction projects in China. These shortcomings constitute a certain hidden danger to the safety of water conservancy projects. In order to ensure the improvement of the quality of water conservancy projects in China, this paper analyses the risks existing in the process of water conservancy projects, and puts forward the optimization scheme of construction management, so as to provide reference for the development of similar projects in China.
