摘要
柔性电极非常适用于生物电信号的采集,而对生物电信号这类低活跃度的输入信号进行量化时,可以采用末位优先量化算法以节省ADC能量消耗.本文提出了一种新型的用于SAR-ADC的末位优先量化算法,在继承了传统末位优先量化算法的优点上,可以避免特定情况下额外的能量消耗.在对心电信号(ECG信号)进行量化时,与传统SAR-ADC算法相比,本文提出的算法能节省98.8%的DAC转换能量消耗.
A flexible electrode is highly suitable for the acquisition of bioelectric signals. After the signal is acquired, an LSB-first SAR-ADC can be used to quantize it to reduce the power consumption. This paper proposes a new LSB-first algorithm. On the basis of previous advantages, the proposed algorithm can avoid the additional power consumption in certain situations. In comparisonwith the traditional algorithm, the proposed algorithm achieves a 98.8% reduction in power consumption when quantifying ECG signal.
