摘要
本文从作者自身的教育和从业经历出发,首先就外语教育培养目标与外语学习的年龄和水平问题提出了自己的观点,然后讨论了外语教育中的师资建设和教材建设两个关键问题,最后深入探讨了国际人才需要具备的五个方面的能力:高度的政治觉悟,国际视野,渊博的知识,敢于斗争、善于斗争,国际主义精神、献身精神。
Based on the author's education and working experience, this article firstly discusses the critical period and the target level in learning a foreign language;and then talks about the two key aspects of foreign language education-faculty construction and teaching material development. After that, the author further explains competences required for international talents: political awareness, global mindset, profound erudition, courage and wisdom to negotiate, internationalism and dedication.
