长江经济带建设进程的时空分异特征研究

The Spatial-temporal Characteristics of the Construction Process on Yangtze River Economic Belt

本文基于长江经济带建设的远景目标任务构建评价指标体系,对长江经济带2005-2016年的建设进程进行综合测度。研究结果表明:第一,样本期内,长江经济带建设进程指数处于0.053-0.934之间,整体上呈现稳步上升的趋势;第二,生态环境、综合立体交通、创新驱动产业升级、新型城镇化、对外开放发展五个维度指数均呈现稳定上升的态势,且对长江经济带建设进程均具有显著的正向推动作用,但贡献率依次降低;第三,从区域层面看,样本期内,长江经济带上中下游的建设进程指数均值分别为0.173,0.201和0.573,下游地区建设进程最快。

Based on the long-term goal task of the construction of the Yangtze River Economic Belt, the eval-uation index system is constructed, and the construction process of the Yangtze River Economic Belt from 2005 to 2016 is comprehensively measured. The results show that:First,During the sample period, the Yangtze economic belt construction process index is between 0.053-0.934, showing a steady upward trend overall;Second,the construction process of the Yangtze River economic belt has a significant positive role, but the contribu-tion rate is reduced in turn,Third,from the regional level, the average index of the construction process in the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River economic belt is 0.173, 0.201 and 0.573, respectively, the construction process of the downstream region is the fastest.
