Study on Foreign Investment under the Background of “the Belt and Road”

随着国内产能过剩、人口红利消失、国家"一带一路"倡议的实施,为国内产业的转型与升级、提升国际影响力及竞争力提供了机会,国内企业对外投资快速增长。本文从"一带一路"倡议背景、对外投资的意义入手,探讨对外投资存在的问题及对策,以期为我国企业提供可靠的政策建议及参考资料,避免对外投资的盲目性,降低对外投资的风险。因此,本研究具有重要的应用及实践价值。

With the Excess Production Capacity in China, the disappearance of the Demographic Dividend, and the implementation of the national "One Belt, One Road" strategy has provided opportunities for domestic industry transformation and upgrading, as well as improving international influence and competitiveness, and the investment in overseas by domestic enterprises have growth rapidly. This paper lay great emphasis on the analysis of existing problems and countermeasures of foreign investment from the perspective of the "One Belt, One Road" strategic background and the significance of foreign investment, in order to provide reli-able practicable suggestions to avoid the blindness of foreign investment and reduce the risk of foreign in-vestment. Therefore, this paper has important application and practical value.
