游客不文明行为的归因分析及其治理策略

Factors Affecting Tourists’ Uncivilized Behavior and the Related Governance Strategy

游客在旅游地实施的不文明行为不仅对旅游地资源造成破坏,影响其他游客的旅游体验,对当地社区居民的生活造成困扰,而且有损我国在世界上的地位和形象。对游客不文明行为进行有效治理是当前旅游管理工作的重要内容,是确保旅游业可持续发展的前提。本文对游客不文明行为的表现形式进行归纳,分析游客实施不文明行为的原因,提出游客不文明行为的治理策略,以为相关部门制定游客行为管理决策提供参考。

The uncivilized behavior carried out by tourists in tourist destinations not only destroys the resources of tourist destinations, affects the tourist experience of other tourists, troubles the lives of local community residents, but also damages our country ’s status and image in the world. Effective management of tourists’ uncivilized behavior is a prerequisite for ensuring sustainable development of tourism destina-tions and tourism industry. This paper demonstrates the manifestations of tourists’ uncivilized behavior,analyses its antecedents, and puts forward the governance strategies of tourists’ uncivilized behavior,which will benefit the management decision of tourists’ behavior.
