摘要 本文针对国内火电行业大型燃煤机组,无法发挥现场总线技术优势,提高热控设备的检修维护效率、实现设备状态检修等问题,从系统设备的施工安装、通信质量监测、基础参数远程调整,到最终的台账建立、故障预警和数据统计分析,设计出一套完整的技术应用方案,解决了现场总线技术在大型燃煤火电机组的深度应用问题,实现了热控设备远程维护、故障诊断及预测维护等功能,为推广现场总线技术应用提供了重要借鉴。 Aiming at the problems of large coal-fired units in domestic thermal power industry, such as the lack of fieldbus technology advantages, the improvement of maintenance efficiency of thermal control equipment and the realization of condition-based maintenance of equipment, this paper designs a complete set of technical applications from the construction and installation of system equipment, communication quality monitoring, remote adjustment of basic parameters, to the final account establishment, early fault warning and data statistical analysis. The scheme solves the deep application problem of Fieldbus Technology in large coal-fired thermal power units,achieves the functions of remote maintenance, fault diagnosis and predictive maintenance of thermal control equipment, and provides an important reference for popularizing the application of Fieldbus technology.
