Problems and Suggestions on Environmental Impact Assessment of Planning

为充分提升规划环境影响评价的科学性,不断地促进我国经济、社会以及环境之间的和谐发展,就要依据我国的《环境影响评价法》,充分进行环境影响评价。我国近几年的环境影响评价工作的开展为我国的环境建设以及经济、社会的发展做出了贡献,但仍存在一定的问题,需要不断地进行改善。本文针对现有规划环境影响评价中存在的问题进行探讨,然后根据不同的问题,提出相应的解决措施。

In order to fully enhance the scientificity of environmental impact assessment of planning and continuously promote the harmonious development of economy, society and environment in China, it is necessary to fully carry out environmental impact assessment according to the Environmental Impact Assessment Law of China. In recent years, the development of environmental impact assessment in China has contributed to China’s environmental construction and economic and social development, but there are still some problems that need to be improved continuously. In this paper, the existing problems in environmental impact assessment of planning are discussed, and then according to different problems, corresponding solutions are put forward.
