摘要
本文以天津某燃气锅炉烟气余热深度回收项目为例,介绍了一种使用吸收式热泵和直接接触式换热技术的余热回收系统及其运行原理。该系统利用直燃式吸收式热泵产生的低温冷水与燃气锅炉尾部烟气进行直接接触式换热,有效回收烟气中的冷凝潜热,从而降低排烟温度,提高锅炉热效率,并能取得良好的经济效益。
Taking a gas boiler flue gas waste heat recovery project in Tianjin as an example, this paper introduces a waste heat recovery system using absorption heat pump and direct contact heat transfer technology and its operation principle. The system uses the low-temperature cold water generated by direct-fired absorption heat pump to conduct direct contact heat transfer with the tail gas of gasfired boiler, effectively recovers the latent heat of condensation in the flue gas, thus reducing the exhaust gas temperature, improving the thermal efficiency of the boiler, and achieving good economic benefits.
