摘要 集中供热系统水力失调是造成供热能耗浪费的主要原因之一。本文通过深入分析集中供热系统热平衡的实质,总结了供热行业水力失衡的根本原因,结合当前通断时间面积法热计量系统的设备特点,创造性地提出利用"通断法"计量设备实现二次管网水利平衡的主动、自动调节,同时应用分户间歇供热原理实现楼内户间热平衡调节的控制方法,并通过试验验证了该方法的合理性、可行性。为供热企业的节能调节提供了新思路,也为当前供热计量行业的综合节能应用探索了新方向。 Hydraulic imbalance of central heating system is one of the main causes of energy consumption waste. Based on an in-depth analysis of the essence of the heat balance of the central heating system, this paper summarizes the fundamental causes of the hydraulic imbalance in the heating industry. Combining with the equipment characteristics of the current on-off time-area method heat metering system, it creatively puts forward the idea of using the on-off method to realize the active and automatic regulation of the water balance of the secondary pipeline network. At the same time, it applies the principle of household intermittent heating to realize the InterHousehold heat level in the building. The control method of weighing regulation is verified by experiments. It provides a new idea for energy-saving regulation of heating enterprises, and explores a new direction for comprehensive energy-saving application in current heating metering industry.
