煤气发生炉煤气余热回收利用工程应用实践探索

摘要 本文提出了充分利用煤气发生炉高温煤气中热能的设计,研究通过导热油余热回收设备回收发生炉煤气余热,并进一步分析了余热利用设备对原有煤气系统的影响,最后对该项目设计的经济效益、节能减排量进行了详细计算。本文提出的设计完全符合国家的能源环保政策,实现了节能减排的环境治理目标。 This paper puts forward the design of making full use of heat energy in high temperature gas of gas producer, studies the recovery of waste heat from gas producer by heat conducting oil waste heat recovery equipment, further analyses the influence of waste heat recovery equipment on the original gas system, and finally calculates in detail the economic benefits, energy saving and emission reduction of the project design, the design proposed in this paper fully conforms to the national standards. The policy of energy and environmental protection has achieved the goal of environmental governance of energy saving and emission reduction.
