静态图像粒度分析中真空分散器原理和分散效果解析 被引量:3

摘要 在粒度分析过程中,样品的分散始终是一个难题。欧奇奥仪器公司发明了干粉样品的真空分散技术,并用于其静态图像粒度粒形分析仪中。通过对真空分散后由500nano XY全自动静态图像粒度粒形分析仪拍摄的上百张粉体照片数据的统计分析,对其分散效果进行了验证和确认。认为整体的颗粒数量分布是均匀的,完全符合分散目的;粒径中位值、最小值和最大值的分布是均匀的,粒径的四分位值也呈现很均匀的分布,且数据的离散性呈有规律的变化。欧奇奥真空分散技术对静态颗粒图像分析是一个可靠、高效、便捷的颗粒分散方法。为防止样品氧化,分散器可置于手套箱或氮气氛中使用,这对医药或特殊行业的粒度和形貌测定具有无可替代的应用前景。 A sample dispersion is always a difficult issue during particle size analysis,. Occhio Instruments invented the vacuum dispersion technology for dry powder samples and used it in his static image particle size and shape analyzer. Through statistical analysis of hundreds of powder photographs taken by 500nano XY automatic imaging particle analyzer via such patented dispersion, the dispersion effect was verified and confirmed. It is considered that the overall distribution of particle number is uniform, which fully conforms to the purpose of dispersion;the particle distribution of median, minimum or maximum size value is uniform, and the quartiles including Q1 and Q3 are also uniform with the data discreteness changed regularly. Occhio vacuum dispersion technology is a reliable, efficient and convenient particle dispersion method for static particle image analysis.
