摘要
浮游菌采样器采样流量的偏差,将导致测量点单位体积菌落数统计出现偏差,无法反映测量点浮游菌真实情况。可见浮游菌采样器流量的校准直接关系到需要测定的结果,所以浮游菌采样器流量校准仪(以下简称流量校准仪)带来的影响也是一项重要的技术考量指标。不同采样管道内径和长度的流量校准仪在给100L/min浮游菌采样器进行流量校准时带来相应影响,流量校准仪采样管道内径太小,太长都容易给浮游菌采样器风机增加额外的负载,不能真实的标定浮游菌采样器采样采样时的流量值。
Sampling deviation caused by airborne microbe sampling device would result in colony count statistical dev iation of unit volume in measuring points, therefore the real situation of airborne microbe can not be reflected. Measuremen t result is closely concerned with the calibration of the sampling device, so the impact of flow calibrator for airborne microb e sampling device should be considered to be an important qualification. The flow calibrators with different inner diameters and lengths of sampling pipes bring corresponding impacts to the 100L/min airborne microbe sampling device during flow calibration. The inner diameters of the sampling pipes of the flow calibrator are too small or too long, which will easily add additional loads to the fan of the airborne microbe sampling device and fail to truly calibrate the flow values during sampling.
