摘要
针对传统电网管理方法存在配网停电时间缺乏管理、容易给居民生活带来损失的问题,文章从配网停电计划的研究现状出发,找出目前制定停电计划过程中的缺点,并基于GIS软件设计了配网停电计划智能化时间管理系统,该系统利用对数回归分析法构建配网停电时间管理模型以实现智能化的时间管理。经实践应用,智能化实践管理系统停电作业误差率明显降低。
In view of the problem of lack of management of power outage time in traditional power grid management method, which is easy to cause loss to residents' lives, this paper starts from the research status of power outage plan of distribution network, finds out the shortcomings in the process of making power outage plan, and designs an intelligent time management system of power outage plan of distribution network based on GIS software. The system uses logarithmic regression analysis to construct the power outage time management model of distribution network to realize intelligent time management. Through practical application, the error rate of outage operation in intelligent practical management system is obviously reduced.
