摘要
对光伏背板粘结涂层配方及工艺进行了分析研究,针对其涂层抗粘连性差的问题进行了一系列改进提升试验。研究了消光粉用量、催化剂用量以及不同类型氟碳树脂对涂层抗粘连性以及涂层其他相关性能的影响,并提出了提升涂层抗粘连性的解决方案。
The formulation and process of the photovoltaic backsheet bond coating were analyzed and studied,and a series of improvement tests were carried out for the problem of poor anti-blocking performance of the coating.The effects of matting powder dosage,catalyst dosage and different types of fluorocarbon resins on the anti-blocking properties of coatings and other related properties of coatings were studied,and a solution to improve the anti-blocking properties of coatings was proposed.
