有机蒸气膜分离过程中非理想因素的影响

摘要 针对 C3 /N2 混合气的非理想分离过程进行了建模与考察,通过对复合膜材料的系统建模,将溶胀、交联、塑化和膜缺陷等多种非理想因素纳入模型考量。结果表明,高操作压力将显著加剧膜塑化作用,使产品分离浓度下降 10 百分点以上;靠近渗余侧出口位置的缺陷对膜分离的影响最为显著,可降低渗透气 C3 浓度 1 百分点以上。经实验验证,建立的计算模型可提高计算精度,降低计算误差 40%以上,充分满足装置设计及工程操作需求,为有机蒸气膜分离过程提供了高效的理论工具,满足工业流程设计和现场装置运行状况诊断等工程技术需求。 Modeling and investigation of non-ideal separation process of C3 /N2 mixture are carried out. Through systematic modeling of composite membrane materials,many non-ideal factors such as swelling, crosslinking,plasticization and defects are considered in the proposed model. The results show that high operating pressure will significantly increase the plasticizing effect of the membrane and reduce the separation concentration of the product by more than 10 percentage points,and the defect near the outlet of the residual permeation side has the most significant effect on membrane separation,which can reduce the concentration of permeable gas C3 by more than 1 percentage point. The experimental results show that the established calculation model can improve the calculation accuracy,reduce the calculation error by more than 40%,fully meet the requirements of device design and engineering operation,provide an efficient theoretical tool for the separation process of organic vapor membrane,and meet the engineering and technical requirements of industrial process design and on-site device operation diagnosis.
