摘要
通过近年来石油化工企业发生的火灾事故案例,系统地分析了储运系统可能出现的串压风险,主要来自多支路进罐管道之间、氮封系统故障、富含轻烃组分的物料、燃料气回收系统以及公用工程系统。结合工程设计的要求,提出了相应的对策:①储罐的高高液位联锁进罐操作阀;②确定呼吸阀的呼气能力时应考虑氮封系统故障工况;③防止轻烃介质进入常压储罐,轻污油储罐选用低压或压力储罐;④燃料气进气柜前加设水封罐;⑤管道吹扫过程中要加强检测,避免误操作。
Based on the fire accidents in petrochemical enterprises in recent years,the possible serial pressure risks of storage and transportation system are systematically analyzed ,which mainly comes from multi-branch pipelines,nitrogen sealing system failures,materials rich in light hydrocarbons,fuel gas recovery system and utility engineering system. According to the requirements of Engineering design,the corresponding countermeasures are put forward:①high high liquid level interlocking operation valve of storage tank;②nitrogen sealing system failure conditions should be considered when determining the exhalation capacity of breathing valve;③preventing light hydrocarbon medium from entering atmospheric storage tank,and using low pressure or pressurized storage tanks for light sewage tanks;④adding water-sealed tank before fuel gas entering gas holder;⑤Strengthening the detection in pipeline purging to avoid misoperation.
