摘要
近年来韩国本土地震频发,在高层建筑和公共设施中进行抗震设计显得愈发重要,为此,韩国钢铁企业已经开发了一系列抗震钢材产品。现代制铁公司于2005年首次自主开发出了抗震H形钢SHN,东国制钢公司于2010年首次开发出抗震钢筋SD400S和SD500S。现代制铁的抗震钢筋研发始于2011年,目前已经开发出SD400S、SD500S和SD600S。但韩国抗震钢材产业尚处于起步阶段,特别是抗震长材在本土市场的利用率还很低,为了扩大抗震长材的市场份额,在施工建设行业推广这类高性能产品,钢铁企业采用辊压的防伪标识,并通过获得韩国工业标准认证,从外观和内在性能上与普通产品进行区分。主要介绍了抗震H形钢SHN和抗震钢筋的开发背景、性能特点、应用、最新成果及相关标准的修订。
Due to recent earthquakes in South Korea,it is increasingly important to apply seismic design in high-rise buildings and public facilities.Steelmakers have developed a series of earthquake-proof steel products.Hyundai Steel solely developed earthquake-resistant H-sections for architectural structure(steel H-section new,SHN)for the first time in the nation in 2005.Dongguk Steel originally developed steel deformed(SD)400 Sand SD500 Searthquake-proof rebars for the firsttime in 2010.Hyundai Steel has carried on research and development for earthquake-resistant rebars in2011,which has so far developed SD400 S,SD500 Sand SD600 S.South Korean earthquake-resistant steel material industry is still in its early stage.The domestic market in South Korea for quake-resistant long steel products is just beginning to expand,and the application remains low.In order to expand the earthquake-proof steel material market share and further popularize these high-performance products in the construction sector,steel enterprises have adopted anti-counterfeiting roll marking and obtained the Korean Industrial Standard certificate,thus differentiating from ordinary products from appearance and intrinsic performance.This paper mainly introduces the development background,performance characteristics,application,latest achievement and revision of relative standards about Hsections SHN and reinforcing bars.
