摘要 目标识别算法研究是雷达侦察设备研制及建模与仿真的重要研究内容。从作战方案仿真推演的建模需求出发,分析雷达侦察设备模型的总体运行流程。提出基于雷达情报数据库的目标识别算法和基于雷达特征参数的目标识别算法。在基于雷达情报数据库的目标识别算法中,综合分析雷达信号的射频、重频和脉宽隶属度,建立了雷达信号隶属度模型;在基于雷达特征参数的目标识别算法中,提出雷达类型与威胁等级的对应关系,综合考虑雷达信号的重频、方位、脉宽和射频及其变化情况对雷达威胁程度的影响,建立雷达侦察目标威胁评估模型,提出雷达威胁度到威胁等级的对应方法。在海战场作战方案仿真推演中的实际应用证明了目标识别算法的有效性和正确性。 The research of target recognition algorithm is an important content of radar reconnaissance equipment development, modeling and simulation.Based on the modeling requirements of the combat plan simulation deduction, the overall operation flow of the radar reconnaissance equipment model is analyzed.The target recognition algorithms based on radar intelligence database and radar characteristic parameters are proposed.In the target recognition algorithm based on radar intelligence database, the membership degree model of radar signal is established by synthetically analyzing the membership degree of radio frequency, repetition frequency and pulse width of radar signal.In the target recognition algorithm based on radar characteristic parameters, the corresponding relationship between radar type and threat level is proposed.Considering the effects of radar signal repetition frequency, azimuth, pulse width and radio frequency and their changes on the radar threat degree, a radar reconnaissance target threat assessment model is established, and the corresponding method of radar threat degree to threat level is proposed.The effectiveness and correctness of the target recognition algorithm are proved by the practical application in the combat plan simulation deduction of the naval battle field.
