摘要
在联合环境中,联合使命线程可用来测试和评估系统,通过使命、任务和功能的逐层分解构建作战效能度量指标。分析了基于能力分析的联合使命线程度量框架,在使命级和任务级把联合使命线程分解成可测试的度量指标,并根据分解过程设计了智能化作战效能度量指标体系构建平台。联合使命线程度量框架提出使命效能指标、任务性能指标和系统属性指标评估作战效能,重点分解使命和任务生成作战效能度量指标,并采用粗糙集-神经网络学习和训练矩阵映射关系的样本集,提高度量指标构建的效率,达到智能化的效果。
In the joint environment, a joint mission thread (JMT) can be utilized to test and evaluate systems, and decomposed at the mission, task and function levels to create operational effectiveness measures.This paper analyzes a JMT measure framework based on the capability definition, decomposes JMTs to testable measures at the mission and task level, and devises an intelligent measures generation platform according to JMT decomposition.The JMT measure framework produces measures of mission effectiveness, task performance and system attributes, with an emphasis on decomposing mission and task to generate measures.In addition, the rough set-neural network method is adopted to study and train sample sets of mapping relationships contained in the matrices, with purpose to enhance the efficiency of measures generation and achieve the intelligent effect.
