摘要
针对戊9-10-22180工作面收尾时支架不能按常规回撤,且近距离煤层顶板失稳,从工作面开始上网到最终设备回撤,提出了倒回支架回撤方案,并采用回撤通道“锚网+锚索”联合支护和“非锚区无坑木支护”工艺,优化抹角施工参数等成套技术。结果表明,倒回支架技术合理,回撤通道联合支护和抹角施工参数能够满足设备回撤,卸压护巷省时省料,确保工作面安全快速回收,可为同类型条件工作面回撤提供参考。
As in the equipment cannot be routinely retraced in V9-10-22180 working face during ending period,and close distance coal seam roof instability occurs,from the working face meshing to the final device retracement, the backward retracing scheme for support is proposed,and a combined support technology with anchor mesh and anchor cable is used for the retreat channel and non-timber support for the non-anchor section,construction parameters of wipe-corner is optimized. The results show that,the support backward retracing technology is reasonable,the combined support of the retreat channel and the construction parameters of the wipe corner can meet the requirements of the equipment retracing,save time and materials for the pressure-relief roadway protection and ensure the safe and rapid retracing of the working face,which can provide references for similar working faces.
