摘要 在对目前常用煤质在线检测技术及设备优劣势比较分析的基础上,选用国际领先的高能脉冲激光全元素在线检测技术,筛选煤中主要元素特征光谱,开发建立灰分和发热量煤质指标与元素间的关系模型,实现对煤中灰分和发热量的精确测量。通过有源精确定位技术,实现物料实时动态检测,在线分析仪的检测动态精密度满足并优于国标GB/T 29161的要求。 Based on the comparative analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of common online coal quality detection technology and equipment,we applied high energy pulsed laser full element online detection technology. The characteristic spectrums of the main elements in coal are selected. The relationship model between ash and calorific value of coal and elements is established,the accurate measurement of ash and calorific value is realized. Through the active precise location technology,the real-time dynamic detection of coal is realized. The dynamic precision of online analyzer meets and is superior to the requirements of the national standard GB/T 29161.
