摘要
以燕子山煤泥为研究对象,对其进行工业分析、元素分析和灰熔融行分析,通过TGDTG-DSC分析了煤泥的燃烧特性和CO2气氛气化特性,并选用亚甲基二萘磺酸钠作为分散剂,研究了煤泥水煤浆的流变性。试验结果表明,在10℃升温速率条件下,该煤泥在氧气氛围中的着火点温度为456℃,在二氧化碳还原气氛中的解聚和分解反应起始温度为355℃;燕子山选煤厂煤泥能制备较高浓度的水煤浆,最佳药剂量下的定粘浓度为72. 01%,且表现为屈服假塑性流体的“剪切变稀”特性。燕子山选煤厂煤泥具有低硫、高灰熔点的特点,可以考虑以配煤方式制备为燃料型或气化型水煤浆,实现煤泥高附加值洁净利用。
Taking Yanzishan slime as the research object,industrial analysis,elemental analysis and ash fusion analysis were carried out. The combustion characteristics of coal slime and CO2 atmosphere gasification characteristics were analyzed by TGDTG-DSC. The rheology of coal water slurry was tested with naphthalene sulfonic acid sodium formaldehyde as the dispersant.The results showed that,at hearting rate of 10,the ignition temperature of the slime is 456℃ in O2 atmosphere and the depolymerization temperature is 355℃ in CO2 atmosphere;the slime could be prepared to a high concentration of coal water slurry when the concetration could reach to 72. 01% at optimized dispersant dosage of 1. 2%,and the slurry presented shearing thining characteristic. Considering the low sulfur content and high ash content,the slime could be used as a blending material for combusting and gasifying coal water slurry preparation to realize efficient and green utilization.
