摘要 介绍了气动阀门的快速开关对阀门和气动执行机构产生的影响。分析了阀门开关速度过快,冲击载荷将损坏阀杆和气动执行机构,及其在管道系统产生水锤效应和危害。论证了大口径阀门过短的开关时间要求,执行机构难予满足,其过短的时间要求不切实际。在满足使用要求的前提下,应合理规定气动阀门的开关时间,不仅选型更加经济,而且阀门和气动执行机构的使用故障率也会降低。 The influence of quick switch of pneumatic valve on valve and actuator is introduced.Extremely short switching time will have adverse effects on valves and pneumatic actuators.Fast valve switching speed may result in damage to valve stem and pneumatic actuator by impulsive load.Suddenly closing of valve can also bring about water hammer effect which causes serious harm to the entire pipeline system.If there is no actuator suitable for large-diameter valves with extremely short switching time,the time requirement is superficial and impractical.Under the premise of satisfying the requirements for use,appropriate reduction of the requirement on the switching time of pneumatic valves can not only offer more economical selections,but also lower the failure rate of valves and pneumatic actuators.
