摘要
介绍了液氧用阀门标准CGA G4. 14的制订过程和背景,解读了标准中阀门技术术语、适用范围、风险评估等相关内容,分析了液氧和冷态氧用阀门设计理念、材料选择、危险分析、阀门清洗及现场安装、操作和维修等规定规范,提出了一些适合于我国液氧用阀门研制和使用的可行性建议。
The establishing process and background of standard CGA G4. 14 for liquid oxygen valves are introduced. The relevant contents such as technical terms,scope of application and risk assessment of valves in the standard are interpreted. Valve design concept for liquid oxygen and cold oxygen,material selection,risk analysis,valve cleaning and the regulations of site installation,operation and maintenance etc. are analyzed. Some feasible suggestions for developing and using liquid oxygen valves in China are put forw ard.
