长玻璃纤维含量对聚氨酯合成轨枕力学性能的影响 被引量:10

摘要 为改善长玻璃纤维(简称长玻纤)增强聚氨酯合成轨枕复合材料的制备工艺,提高材料力学性能,在240 mm×80 mm的模腔内对聚氨酯材料进行拉挤成型实验,结果表明:随长玻纤含量增加,材料的弯曲强度增加,在w(长玻纤)为65%时达到最大;竖向压缩强度在w(长玻纤)为70%时达到最大;当w(长玻纤)增加7.5%时,材料的冲击韧性增加12%;当w(长玻纤)增加9.8%时,材料吸水量降低62.23%。提高长玻纤的含量减小了微孔容积,且形成了以长玻纤为中心的柱体结构,有利于复合材料力学性能的提升。 In order to improve the preparation technology for the synthetic sleeper composite material with the long glass fiber reinforced polyurethane and increase the mechanical performance of the material,the pultrusion experiment of the polyurethane material was carried out in the 240 mm×80 mm die cavity.The results show that with the increase of the long glass fiber content,the flexural strength of the material increases,and it reaches the maximum value when the w(long glass fiber) is 65%.The vertical compression strength reaches the maximum value when the w(long glass fiber) is 70%.When the w(long glass fiber)increases by 7.5%,the impact toughness of the material increases by 12%.When the w(long glass fiber)increases by 9.8%,the water absorbing quantity of the material decreases by 62.23%.Increasing the content of the long glass fiber reduces the volume of the micro pore,and forms the column-like structure centered on the long glass fiber,the mechanical performance of the composite material is improved advantageously.
