摘要 从黏度测量方法和流变学的角度出发,将树脂固化过程采用在线黏度计进行跟踪、自动测量,并对测试结果进行动力学分析。选择的合适在线黏度计,可用于固化过程的连续、自动、准确的测量;通过对不同配方的调整和其它工艺条件的变化,可对树脂的固化过程进行动力学的测量和描述,进而对固化机理和过程进行进一步的深入研究,同时为优化配方和确定施工工艺提供参考。 From the aspects of the viscosity determining method and the rheology,the resin curing process was tracked and automatically determined by using the on-line viscometer,and the determining results were dynamically analyzed.Chosen an appropriate on-line viscometer can be used for the continuous,automatic and accurate determination of the curing process,the dynamic determination and description of the resin curing process can be carried out by adjusting different formulations and varying other process conditions,and then the curing mechanism and process are further deeply investigated,meanwhile,the references for optimizing the formulation and confirming the construction process are provided.
