浅析“工”和“艺”结合人才培养模式在传承教育之功效

Brief Analysis of the Effectiveness of "Work" and "Art" Combined Talent Training Model in Inheritance Education

本文针对景德镇资源枯竭型城市人才不足的实际,对江西陶瓷工艺美术职业技术学院现代化学徒制人才培养实证研究成果《陶瓷类专业人才培养要体现"工"与"艺"结合的人才培养模式》,秉承"以器载道、以匠立世、以艺弘德"的教育理念,通过对建立的现代师徒制人才培养课程体系和非遗传承职业教育体系的探究,结合陶瓷文化技艺传承和弘扬工匠精神,在陶瓷艺术与设计专业人才培养的引领作用和辐射效能进行浅析。

In view of the fact that there are insufficient talents in Jingdezhen resource-exhausted cities, this paper makes an empirical study on the training of modern apprenticeship talents in Jiangxi Ceramic Arts and Crafts Vocational and Technical College. The talent training mode of ceramic professionals should embody the combination of "work" and "art", adhering to the educational concept of "carrying the Tao with utensils, building the world with craftsmen and promoting morality with arts", and through the establishment of the model. Exploring the curriculum system and non-hereditary inheritance vocational education system of modern teacher-apprenticeship personnel training, combining the inheritance and promotion of craftsmanship spirit of ceramic culture and technology, this paper makes a brief analysis of the leading role and radiation efficiency of ceramic art and design personnel training.
