采油厂气浮出水混凝试验研究

摘要 采用多核高效混凝剂PDM-FD对采油厂气浮出水进行混凝处理。结果表明,该混凝剂可有效降低废水COD和色度。一步法和分步法中混凝剂的最佳投加量均为1 800 mg/L,COD去除率分别为58.67%和74.38%。通过对比一步法和分步法混凝处理效果发现,在混凝剂的投加量相同的情况下,分步法对采油废水混凝处理的效果更好,且出水清澈,污泥量少,可作为采油厂气浮出水混凝处理方法。 The multi-core high-efficiency coagulant PDM-FD was used to coagulate the air floatation produced water of oil production plant. The results showed that the coagulant could effectively reduce the COD and chromaticity of wastewater. The optimal dosage of the one-step and two-step coagulants was 1 800 mg/L, and the COD removal rates were 58.67% and 74.38%, respectively. By comparing the coagulation effects of one-step method and two-step method,it was found that the two-step method had better effect on the coagulation treatment of wastewater, and the effluent was clear and the amount of sludge was small, in the case of the same dosage of coagulant. So the two-step method can be used as a kind of coagulation treatment method for the wastewater of oil production plant.
