摘要
介绍了FC-32A裂化剂在茂名石化3^#柴油加氢装置的应用情况。通过对装置主要操作参数、原料性质、产品质量的分析,得出FC-32A裂化剂具有裂化性能强、加氢活性高和石脑油选择性强等特点,可以满足柴油加氢装置增产粗石脑油的需要,同时也为柴油加氢装置增产石脑油提供技术参考。
Application of FC-32 A cracking catalyst in No.3 diesel hydrogenation unit of Maoming petrochemical company was introduced. Through the analysis of the main operating parameters, raw material properties and product quality of the unit, it was concluded that FC-32 A cracking catalyst has the characteristics of strong cracking performance, high hydrogenation activity and strong selectivity of naphtha, which can meet the need of increasing the production of crude naphtha in diesel hydrogenation unit, and also provide technical reference for increasing the production of naphtha in diesel hydrogenation unit.
