摘要
乳液聚合物是在线调剖技术中的一类体系,室内实验通过将乳液聚合物与4种交联剂交联,测定体系的热稳定性、耐盐性、抗剪切性、封堵性等指标。室内实验结果发现,交联体系成胶时间2至5 d可控,成胶强度可达10×10^4 mPa·s;50~90℃范围内均可以成胶,4种体系耐Ca^2+/Mg^2+能力不低于1 000 mg/L。凝胶具有较好的耐温抗盐性能,岩心模型封堵率可达98.7%。矿场试验表明,该凝胶体系具有施工可靠性强的优点,增油达5 600 m^3。
Emulsion polymer is a kind of system in the online profile control technology. In the laboratory experiment,the emulsion polymer was crosslinked with four crosslinking agents to determine the thermal stability, salt resistance,shear resistance, plugging and other indicators of the system. The results of laboratory experiments showed that the gel formation time of the crosslinked system was controlled within 2 to 5 days, and the gel formation strength was up to 10×10^4 m Pa·s. The gel formation temperature was in the range of 50~90 ℃, Ca^2+/Mg^2+ resistant capacities of four system were no less than 1 000 mg/L. The gel had good temperature and salt resistance, and the plugging rate of core model reached 98.7%. Field test showed that the gel system had the advantage of strong construction reliability, and the oil increase was up to 5 600 m^3.
