水中二氯乙酸和三氯乙酸的测定方法 被引量:3

摘要 分别总结了气相色谱法、气相色谱质谱法、离子色谱法以及液相色谱法测定水中二氯乙酸和三氯乙酸的方法。总体来说,气相色谱法及气相色谱质谱法需要对样品进行预处理,比较繁琐。离子色谱法虽然不用进行预处理,但是测定结果容易发到水中其它阴离子的影响,高效液相色谱法也不用对样品进行预处理,但是检出限比较高,和质谱检测器进行串联可以达到比较好的结果。实验室分析人员可以根据自身不同的情况选择合适的分析方法。 The determination methods of dichloroacetic acid and trichloroacetic acid in water by gas chromatography,gas chromatography-mass spectrometry, ion chromatography and liquid chromatography were summarized in this paper. In general, gas chromatography and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry methods require the pretreatment of samples, which is rather tedious. Although ion chromatography method does not require pretreatment, the determination results are easily affected by other anions in the water. High performance liquid chromatography method also does not require pretreatment of the samples, but the detection limit is relatively high, however high performance liquid chromatography combined with the mass spectrometry detector can achieve better results. Laboratory analysts should choose appropriate analytical methods according to their own situations.
