Innovation of Teaching Management in Grass-roots Radio and TV Universities under the Deep Integration of Colleges and Enterprises

近年来,基层电大的教学目标已发生改变,增强学生的就业能力受到各院校的普遍关注。校企融合是增强学生就业能力的重要途径,因此该模式已在基层电大中得到应用。在此背景下,本文将首先对校企深度融合的工作要点进行简要分析,并进一步阐述校企融合过程中存在的教学管理问题。最后,将针对其中的突出问题,提出具体的改进策略,以期校企融合办学模式的教学管理得到加强。

In recent years, the teaching objectives of grass-roots Radio and TV Universities have changed, and the enhancement of students’ employment ability has attracted the general attention of higher colleges. School-enterprise integration is an important way to enhance students’ employment ability, so this model has been applied in grass-roots Radio and TV Universities. In this context, this paper will first make a brief analysis of the main points of the work of school-enterprise deep integration, and further elaborate the problems of teaching management in the process of school-enterprise integration.
