高职学生职业素养培养途径对策研究

Study on the Ways and Countermeasures of Students’ Vocational Ability Training in Vocational Colleges

高职院校的人才培养目标是培养应用型专门人才,在研究高职院校学生职业素养培养现状的基础上,对职业素养的内涵进行深化,针对高职院校学生综合素养培养展开讨论,提出高职院校学生职业素养培养对策。大学生职业素养的自我培养、学校构建职业素养课程体系和社会资源的支持是切实提升高职学生职业素养的有效措施。

A higher vocational college takes cultivating professional applied talents as its objective. Based on the research of the current situation of professional quality cultivation in high vocational colleges, connotation of professional quality is deepened;students’ professional quality cultivation is discussed, and corresponding ways are proposed. Students’ self-cultivation, schools’ construction of professional quality curriculum system, and social resources support are effective measures to promote students’ professional quality.
