摘要 师德建设是教师专业成长的基础和动力来源,是一名合格教师所具备的基础性条件。良好的师德会促进教师提升自身的专业水平,会使教师贯彻立德树人的思想,更会使教师全心全意做好自己的本职工作,更好地育人成才。研究我国当下的师德建设与教师的专业成长,有助于促进我国教师队伍自身素质水平的提高,有助于推进教育改革,促进我国教育事业的发展。 Teachers’ moral construction is the foundation and motivation of teachers’ professional growth, and is the basic condition for a qualified teacher. A good teacher’s morality will promote teachers to improve their professional level, which will enable teachers to implement the ideas of strengthening moral education and cultivating people, and will enable teachers to do their own work whole-heartedly and better educate people. Studying the current construction of teachers’ morality and their professional growth in China will help to promote the improvement of the quality of our teachers’ team, help to promote education reform, and promote the development of education in China.
