摘要
改革开放以来,高等职业教育为社会培养了大批高素质,高技能的技术技能型人才。教学秘书在教学管理过程中运用管理科学、统筹教学计划、教学组织和教学任务等管理要素使得教学管理过程高效、有序、协调,从而实现教学目标。但是,教学秘书队伍却因诸多原因,人才流失严重,岗位轮换频繁,给一线教学管理工作带来了不稳定的因素。因此,对教学秘书岗位性质的研究和教学秘书队伍的专业化建设研究已成为教学管理的首要任务。
As the frontline management staff of education and teaching management,the teaching secretary’s own quality and work ability directly leads to the quality of teaching management. Teaching management shoulders the dual functions of teaching and management. It must inevitably requires teaching management personnel to be familiar with the rules of teaching,to act according to the rules of teaching,to have reasonable skills in teaching,and to be familiar with the general rules of management,such as guidance,coordination,and overall planning skills in the process of teaching management. It shows that the teaching management of higher vocational colleges is no longer a low-level administrative work,but a full-time professional job. Instead of relying solely on personal opinions and repeating existing practices,more and more specialized knowledge and skills are needed.
