高职大学生就业价值取向变化及引导研究——以济源职业技术学院为例

Research on the Change and Guidance of Employment Value Orientation of Higher Vocational College Students ——Taking Jiyuan Vocational and Technical College as an Example

随着高等教育由精英教育向大众教育的转变,就业市场化程度的提高,良好社会背景下成长起来的大学生逐渐成为高校的学生主体,他们的就业价值取向也发生了一些变化,呈现出一些新特点。从目前高职大学生的就业去向、就业地域、就业单位性质和就业价值取向等几个方面的变化特征来看,当代大学生需要一个正确的就业价值取向引导,从政府、高校和大学生自身等三个方面都提出对策,制定措施,共同实现高职大学生的高质量就业。

With the transformation of higher education from elite education to mass education and the improvement of employment marketization, college students growing up in a good social background that have gradually become the main body, and their employment value orientation has also undergone some changes, showing some new characteristics. In view of the changing characteristics of the employment orientation, employment region, nature of employment units and employment value orientation of higher vocational college students, contemporary college students need a correct guidance of employment value orientation. This paper puts forward countermeasures from the three aspects of government, higher colleges and students themselves to formulate measures to jointly achieve high-quality employment of higher vocational college students.
