高等学校作为我国社会的重要组成单元,肩负着人才培养、科技强国、承接历史的重任,在我国进入社会主义发展的新时代后,更应将依法治校和以德治校两者有机结合。目标反馈机制立足目标进度尺的建立,在高校依法治校和以德治校有机结合的目标达成中,起着举足轻重的作用。将传统意义上不确定的、抽象的、模糊的、非界定的目标予以可视化、直观化、数据化和进度化,给我们的行动提供了动力,加快了我们行动的步伐,使我们的行动有始有终、更有实效,并且自觉实现我们的个人价值和社会价值。
