高职院校社会服务职能探析——基于江西省40所高职院校质量报告

Analysis on the Social Service Function of Higher Vocational Colleges ——Based on the Quality Reports of 40 Higher Vocational Colleges in Jiangxi Province

根据对江西省40所院校2018年质量年度报告中的"服务贡献表"数据进行分析,发现高职院校存在着为行业企业提供技术服务能力差别较大、承担政府部门科研任务量总体不足、科技成果转化效果不理想、教育培训服务整体不均衡等问题,进而从统筹规划社会服务、树立服务意识、创新服务机制、加强产教融合平台建设等方面提出对策与建议。

According to the analysis of the quality reports of 40 higher vocational colleges in Jiangxi province, this paper shows that higher vocational colleges have the following problems. First, the capacity differences of providing technological services for enterprises and industries. Second, the overall amount of scientific research from government department is insufficient. Third, the transformation effect of technological achievements is not ideal. Fourth, education and training services are not balanced. Therefore, this paper puts forward the following solutions and suggestions, so as to have an overall planning for social service, establish services awareness, innovate services mechanism and strengthen the building of a platform for integrating education with industry.
