高校学生公寓管理现状及创新研究

进入新时代以来,我国教育建设和发展不断加强,为了教育水平快速发展,我国政府不断向高校提供财政拨款等扶持措施,促进学校的建设。学生公寓管理是学校建设的重要组成部分。学生生活的大部分时间都在公寓里度过,这对学生的生活和学习氛围有着重要的影响。学生公寓不仅具有较好的服务功能,而且具有重要的教育管理功能。新时期的发展为公寓文化建设搭建了新的平台。当传统文化建设遇到问题时,也面临着新的发展机遇。本文对新时期的公寓管理现状进行了分析,具体说明了高校公寓管理中遇到的问题。最终通过介绍高校公寓管理模式的创新对我国高校公寓管理模式的改革有所裨益,希望利用新时期高校公寓管理的兴起,建造现代化学生公寓。

Since entering the new era, China’s education construction and development have been continuously strengthened. In order to develop the education level rapidly, our government has continuously provided financial allocation and other supporting measures to colleges to promote the construction of schools. Student apartment management is an important part of school construction. Students spend most of their lives in apartments, which has an important impact on students’ life and learning atmosphere. Student apartment not only has good service function, but also has important educational management function. The development of the new era has built a new platform for the construction of apartment culture. When the construction of traditional culture encounters problems, it also faces new opportunities for development. In this paper, the current situation of apartment management in the new era is analyzed, and the problems encountered in apartment management in higher colleges are explained in detail. Finally, by introducing the innovation of apartment management mode in higher colleges, it is beneficial to the reform of apartment management mode in higher colleges in our country. We hope to use the rise of apartment management in higher colleges in the new era to build modern student apartments.
