摘要 无论从哪个角度而言,高等院校的法学本科教学均须认真对待法律职业资格考试,从教学理念、备课方法和日常教学手段等方面努力实现互动与协调。教师应当从补充重要理论、归类整理条文和研究历年真题等角度着手。学生应当从认真阅读教材、掌握重点条文和做透历年真题等方面努力。 No matter from which angle we consider it, the undergraduate teaching of law in higher colleges should take the legal professional qualification examination seriously, and strive to achieve interaction and coordination from the aspects of teaching philosophy, lesson preparation methods and daily teaching methods. Teachers should start from the angles of supplementing important theories, sorting out paper and researching real topics over the years. Students should make efforts in reading teaching materials carefully, grasping the important files and penetrate into the yearly paper.
